After playing collegiate baseball for 4 years, C.J. Larsen dived right into the vibrant underground dance music scene in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since then he's been a part of the Delta Funk crew bringin' you some of the best underground and club events ie: @ the Oasis every 2nd Sat called 4 Those Who Know, and San Francisco Lovefest Floats in ’06 to ’08 and numerous Underground events. In July 2008, C.J. started a monthly podcast to showcase his diverse taste in all things House, Techno, Tech House and everywhere in between. In less than 2 years his podcast feed has reached over 25K hits and show's no signs of slowing down.
C.J. is also notorious for recording not only the Delta Funk events, but many others put on by some of SF finest promoters ie: [Kontrol], m.Deep presents, Sunday Mass @ The Endup, OM Records presents, CityDeep Sessions w/ Halo, Royalty & Taboo with David Harness and many others. ;
Currently helps with marketing and web promotions for Halo's CityDeep Music and Chris Lum & David Harness on their HarLum Musiq label.
C.J. keeps himself busy as one of the crew on themml.com, an electronic events and community website, publishing exclusive podcast, dj mixes, new articles and much much more. When he can find the time you'll find C.J. working behind the counter at the long-standing record store, Tweekin Records, in the famed Haight Ashbury area of San Francisco.
